I read back in the forum that you could "now" have the hitch adjuster above the axle(natpa needs a welding inspector) Is this true, or just a different twist on bashing? Thanks, Don

Go to NATPA.com and read the rules. But no the adjuster cannot be above axle center.

My understanding is that the hitch adjuster can NOT be above the center of the axle. They don't want it too high because if the lower part breaks then you are pulling from the adjuster point and if this is above the axle it will flip over so fast and with such force wheelie bars may not stop it from flipping over.
