a set of leroi rods will go on the crank or a 45 crank, use 4 1/8 sleeves and find a set of short automotive pistons to get the comp 8 to 9 to 1. Clark copper gaskets can make a head gasket up to .093 thick with any bore size if need be some mild head porting and a cam around 210 -215 duration would make a tough economical motor with the ability to run stock rpm classes or would rev up when the rules would allow it. Rocker arms from a 361-407 international engine will fit and give a better ratio but will have to be bushed to fit an allis shaft. This is just a cheep and simple bolt togather combo with minimal work and $$ for the power gained

Heres a few things that ive done to mine.First thing if your going to rebuild your motor is put a 45 crank in it and do a little porting and polishing to the head and put electronic ignition in it and you can still run pump gas. My freind and I had a ball with it last season.I hope this helps good luck!!
