Just wondering about the M puller that is for sale in the photo ads. Looking for a small M (Div. 2) to play with next summer. I called this John ????? from Barlow KY and didn't get much info on the tractor at all. Has anyone ever seen this tractor run or know the cubic inches. Can he even run 6500 in third gear or is it limited to 1st in all classes? I noticed his open Massey 44 ONLY has 70 horse, is the M the same as that or what? If so it is way to small to even unload at most of our pulls. If nothing else it would make someone a good project tractor. Any TRUE info would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

He doesn't know what the M will pull cause he has never pulled it that I know of. He bought it as a puller after the season was over. As for his MH 44 it does pull good although it has been beat by some farm stock tractors. With some time and work on getting the weights and things right it should do pretty good.

Pass on it, he has a tendancy to misrepresent the condition of his tractors !

He is a dealer just interested in the bucks. If you look closely, he has between 5 - 15 tractors advertised at any one time. I called him about a JD one time and he didn't know nothing about it except the price. His prices are too high, if you look around a little you'll save a lot

After reading some of his ads, I tend to agree with you, just gimme the cash, and I will tell you anything you want to hear.
