1-Is Back cutting the Valves worth the time. 2-On a farmall rocker arm tip (stock)are the tip replaceable or cam you grind the to get the valve stem groove out? Dad used to do it on the bench grinder. It worked. Thanks.

They do get rounded over the years of service. Just make sure when you resurface them,, that you get them straight, and flat. just my 2 cents ChadS

I was going to take the whole thing apart (and try and keep track of where they go)and try it on the side of the valve grinder's wheel because of the oil. Hey a long flat belt might work better. I'll take 2cents of advice anywhere I can get it. Thanks.
