I'm out of north central wisconsin and don't get down into your area much but from what I've seen if you stay within the limits of NATPA div. 2 you'll be fine for the farmstock pulls. In NCWI I feel that tractors are alot more stock than in other areas of the country.

-Drawbar hieght is usually 18"-20"
-Drawbar hook point notcloser than 18" to axel centerline.
-Weight position - Can't be farther than 11' forward from centerline of rear axel, shouldn't interfere w/ hook point in back. I haven't seen any rules an how far back you can go.
-Weight classes at antique pulls sometimes not heavier than 6500 unless there is an unlimited class. Farmstock pulls all sorts of weight classes. Some antique pulls may not allow use of a TA, you can still pull the tractor, just don't pull the TA.
-Most antique pulls will not allow radial tires in the stock classes

Like said these are just general rules for my area and may be different for yours. Adjustability in your set up is always a good thing. Forward, back, up, down, etc. If you do get up into this area, let me know and I can give you more info as far as pull dates, rules, etc. I haven't noticed any clubs in wisconsin w/ websites, mabey Baraboo does.

Hope I was a help,
Alan
