Yes sir it is I. I pulled 20 years ago with the WNYTPA and it was time for me to start pulling again. I had a chance to buy that Deutz and I took it. It is a fun tractor to drive. The 130-06 came from the factory with a turbo. Now if I could find a better set of tires I may be able to beat that 1066 and that Cockshutt 2150 in the 10500lb class. Later John

Yes I too have come to know the 2150's familly. They are very nice people who I have learned alot of good things from. But I will still try and beat that 2150. As for the 1066..... well.....lets say I will make a few improvments and hope for the best next year. One more thing if anyone cares to they can look under the hood of my Deutz, but do you think we could do that with the 1066????? Later John

Oh, I'd almost bet that the paint under that 1066 is a little different shade than the rest of the tractor (ha, ha). Hey good luck. My 770 Ollie's put back to fieldwork. I'll have a 77 next year. Not in your weight classes but I hope you kick a little ... Later.....John.

Hi Ted. I just called THE HOOK and got the next issue comming. I do not know who I talked to but she was helpfull and nice to me. Yes I sold the SW-6. It went about 15 miles west of me. He also bought the WD-9. The big Deutz got a little sister yesterday. I got me a D-65 that will be making some of the antique pulls this next year. I hope to see you with your M's this year. John, some time when you get a chance go on to "hookmagazine" web site in the magazine archives. Look at July 2003 there is an article titled "Pulling a new strain of green", you will be allowed to open and view the article. I am certain you will be interested in what you see.
