I'm thinking about stroking my H (350 pistons) to get more pulling torque. Has anyone done it, if so, how much, and did you do anything else to the engine?
Thanks
Dan

yep I have done it. there are sevral different ways to hop up an H with or without stroking the crank,,, same methods work for Ms too. from rod work to strokers. It all depends on what kind of class you want to pull in. a div 1 tractor, can be incresed by rod and piston work alone.. 50+hp. division 2 needs to be 60to 70hp range. Stroker and bigger pistons will be required div 3 needs to be in the 70to 90 hp range. bigger stroke, and div 4 needs to be 90 to 120 hp.. that is just to give you some ideas on what kind of power it may take for different kinds of classes pick a hp and class and I will tell you what to do for your H...
