Got a couple more questions about those 4020 LP pistons. I've heard 4.21, 4.25, and 4.31 dia. Do you know which is correct? Also could those pistons be made to work with a 6 1/4 crank? I remember something in your dad's original post about leaving some room at the top of the cyl. Was wondering if a 6 1/4 stroke would bring the piston all the way to the top.

Have a nice fall!

We used the 4.25 cause we used an M 248 block and after being miked it seemed to be the safer choice. As well we had milled alot off the head so that is why we didn't go the extra 1/8th of an inch. However, if you are running a Super - 450 block I think you have alot better chance in getting away with the 4.31" pistons. Since this was the first stroker (MILD STROKER THAT IS) we were being very conservative. If you have any more questions email me and if you need help getting the pistons, I can help you out there as well.

Good luck to you as well!
