I plan on pulling my Farmall Super"C" in a local pull next week and it will my first pull.I'm entering farm stock and probaly won't go higher than 3500 lb class unless the Super C weighs more but I doubt it.Now,what or how should I begin to pull? At what speed should my throttle be set at in the beginning and down the track ? What gear should I use to pull ? Thanks

I fully agree with the having fun aspect of pulling. That is the main reason that we all do it!(It's sure not for the prize money, Ha! Ha!)100 different people could give you pointers and set-ups that work for them, but the only way that you will ever be successful is to learn from many trips down the track and watching what the people that are beating you are doing. Good luck to you and hopefully you will find the perfect weight balance (tough on a 3500 lb tractor) and the perfect groove on the track!

Start the sled without a jerk...HAMMER DOWN AND HAVE A BLAST!!!!! !!!! RIDE IT TILL IT QUITS.
Then watch what others are doing, ask questions, and above all else keep a sense of humor and have fun.
