People were saying at Eagleville, Tn. Show and pull that the fair board had finally decided to have the TENN. State Fair antique pull this Sat. at 10am. Nice of them to have it, but kind of late to decide, when they have been saying for a year there wouldn't be one. Who's sled and rules are they using. What classes are they pulling? Will they make you park in the infield of the round track and drive the 1/2 mile to the pulling track? Is the track still under the shed or did they move it. Glad it got worked out. It's a good pull.

Should be using the Kentucky Outlaw sled ran by the Hales (spelling?). I am going to guess at antique, open and outlaw (any gear any rpm). Yes you will probably have to climb mount everest to get to the track from where you park. I haven't heard of anyone convincing the fair board that it is unsafe yet.

The state fair pull is in Nashville at the fair grounds this Sat. Sept. 13th at 10am. I assume with the KY. Outlaw sled the rules and classes will be the same or very simlar to Springfield or Hopkinsville. The last 2 or 3 years we have had to park in the round track infield and drive a good ways up a steep hill to the pull track. Before that we parked at the north end of the pull. Glad they got things worked out. Hope they can get the word out to all the pullers who usually pull at the fair. Hope to see ya'll there. Eagleville was last weekend. Sorry you missed it.

Thanks for the information! Will try and make it up to Nashville this weekend. Sounds like fun. Have been there so I know which hill you are talking about. There are actually several good hills around that place. I can hear those JDs talking right now making that walk! Missed Eagleville pull but wasn't able to make it up there. Went to the TP in Ardmore that night though. We'll try and see you Sat.

The TRACTOR PULL HAS BEEN CANCELLED. If you have any questions call Randy or Jeff Hale.
