I am geting ready to rebuild my Farmall M because i am only geting 30 pounds of compresion. I was wondering what i could do to get more power out of it when i am done rebuilding it. Could I put sm pistons and sleves in it? It all ready has fire crater pistons and a 8060 head. Or should i just rebuild it with the same pistons again? I cant build it up to much because i still have to use it here on the farm. I was reading about posi trac in the M. I was wondering if it is a good idea or not. To me it sounds like you would break some thing by the way thay work.

No breakage in the posi limited slip kits we offer. A limited slip would be best for under 10mph. Sounds like you blown a head gasket. Check out the post hera at yt under "M-450" Chads
