Can anyone help me with the different pull classes for the Alexander NY Pull. I just started pulling a few times this Summer with the Genesee Valley people (a great group). They usually pull Div 2 and 4. My question is the WNYG&SEA schedule shows for example: Fri. Super Farm - ESP Rules Apply! and Pro Farm. On Sat. It has semi antique and team pulls. Sun--Pro farm and farm stock.
What is Antique other then 1963 and older, can antique pull in farm stock class is this like Div 1 except for date of manufacture?
What is Super farm and Pro farm is it Div 4 and 5?
The rules posted are vague. They mention draw bar height and distance from centerline of axle Does that apply for each class? Is there any rpm allowances. The division classes I am referenceing are the NATPA rules.
Thank You for your help

Ted,
I attend the WNYG&SEA show every year and this year will be the 2nd that I have pulled at. I pull with a Farmall Super M & an H.
Basically Super farm are the heavily modified pulling tractors like you see at the Erie Co. Fair. They will pull on Friday.
Pro farm are comparable to division 4 tractors from Genesee Valley.
Semi antique is factory stock 1963 and older
Farm stock is basically the same thing as Semi antique but there is no age limits.
Thursday is antique farm stock 60 years or older (this year 1943). Again factory stock machines.
All of these classes have a very wide range of weight classes.
The sled you will be pulling is the Eden Sportsmans Club sled (much better than Genesee Valley's).
There is very little rule enforcement at these pulls for farm stock tractors. I have never had my drawbars measured, or had and questions asked about my machines. Just weigh them, pay your hook fee and go.
Ted, if your the same Ted D. that I'm thinking of then you'll be able to pull your M-TA on Saturday and Sunday.
See ya there.
