Heck! the 153 in my super-C makes 53hp,and all that is done is its got a 120th's over bore and the cam dialed in,I run second geer with 49-38's in 2750 and 3000 class and spin out, every place I pull that C I kick butt they hate to see me drive in with it on the trailer, sometimes I will weight it up to 3500 and pull in low geer and still finish in the top 3 or 4,and no its not just a bolt in and go you have to cutt off a half inch of input shaft and install a pilot bearing in the fly wheel were the old bushing was,let someone that has the skills do this,It will be worth it,someday Im going to just go all out with this motor and take it as far as it will go,,but for now Im having too much fun with it!

Yes, I forgot about the pilot bearing. I think a C farmall is a real good tractor for a light weight puller. I heard of one down in southern Indiana has a SC that is 62 hp. He is very competitive with it on 15.5x38s. I don't know what could be done to it as far as going all out on the engine. I think the results could be surprizing! Glad to hear you are having fun! Good Luck!!

Yes, it did bolt up to the Super C. there is a slight casting difference on the right side but all the bolt holes lined up.
