I'm trying get my wife to drive my tractors. She's better at driving a car so maybe she will be better pulling a tractor. I just setting them up so I think it would be great if she drove them.

The women pullers that act like ladies and can pull like a man get lots of respect around here. We've even seen young ladies at Blyth in the garden tractor pull in the 8 to 16 year old class. Put grown men and women to shame with professional driving. Some women are shy, would not want to risk embarresment or are afraid of injury/damage. Some women believe it or not just don't find doing mechanical fun.

There are several women who pull locally and they are treated very well by fellow pullers. I am trying to get my GF to try pulling my MM ZB. It seems like a great way to spend time together.

I'm for it porvided they can handle the tractor. Not popping the clutch and jerking the chain or haveing someone shift it for them and all that. I'm not bashing women pullers. everyone should be able to handle their tractor. I've seen plenty of men and kids that shouldn't be out there. My wife drives in parades but I cant talk her into pulling. She doesnt like that front end coming up.

I am a women puller. I love pulling. I pull a 1940 Farmall M. I come in the middle of the class normally.. Althought last year at a pull I took 2 place out of about 15 guys. ONLY GIRL PULLER in the class. I Wish more girls would pull. I find that the guys that pull in my "team" of pullers are great. They treat me very well. Always there to help. I even get to drive their tractors sometime. Like a Div 4 tractor that the guy has spent tons of money on. I am only 17 years old and I get treated like a 25 year old. Get a lot of respect. I totaly for Women pullers. I wish more would come out

Thanks

I am all for it. Heck I even got my son's G/f n(now ex)into it. She got out here and learned to drive a tractor (city girl) and in about a month had her hooked to a sled. She loves it! Heck she keeps hounding me to find more pulls to go to.

My daughter is 7 right now but has already laid claim to a JD we have so when she is old enough there will be wheelie bars on it too:)

I agree with Bulldog. Your point being? What do you expect the "good ole boys" to say? Any of them who have a lady in their life know better than to jump in to that one. Obviously we know how you feel about pulling with the ladies. Are you bent?

I can say how any guy "feels", but i been pulling with my dad for several years. I always enjoy the time with him, and find most of the other pullers friendly. We usually do pretty well in our weight classes, and if anyone has a problem they have never said so to me.

If I could find some nice single gal who liked tractor pulling, I'd probably put wheelie bars on the MM U.

My ex left me because I asked her to pull either my 1066 super farm or my 1066 farm stock. She said I should know better than to try and embarrass her in front of a bunch of guys. That was the last time she talked to me in 2 months. So hows that for trying?

I'm 15 and have been pulling for about five years. We pull a JD M a JD G and a JD 4320. Mom can drive every tractor on the farm but the only one she will pull is the 4320. I wasnt sure why until I asked her and she said she just likes beating those dang 7/9/10/ 66's Internationals.
