Would like some imput. Which would make a better puller in Div4 or Div5 an Oliver 88 or a IHC 460 or 560?? Looking to run from 3750 to 5500 lbs.

The 460-560 can not run in div. 4 to new of tractor. The 460 will make 3500 div5 with alum rims and the early rearend. The 88 is always great in div.4 and will make 3500 in div 5.

I don't think you can get a 460 or 560 light enough.

Bill Bear says he switched from a Oliver 88 to his 460 because with the current rules the 460 is allowed to turn more RPMs

The 88 will run good. If you get the money and get a Gingerich engine it should run really good.
