The very best to start with is on that is FREE! Get the local tractor dealer to donate one, or find a antique pedal tractor at garage sale, and restore it, you can always repaint it if it get's scratched. I have a early Case that my folks bought for my nephew that has been redone and a Early JD like I had. both are valued at over 700 a piece but I would rather watch kids play on them than worry about "value", They are more valuable to me with a kid enjoying it.
