yes they will fit. they make the tires look bigger than they are. use bigger tubes and fill them with the valve stem in. I learned the hard way. filled them with the valve stem out and a lot of air with the right size tube and blew the tube patch it and did it again and again

You can push it out there with the tube but you will have to increase your air pressure to get the center of the tire on the ground.If its on a pulling tractor you may create a bouncing problem.Or I may be completely wrong and they may sit nice and flat at 14 LB. I would think there has to be someone on here who has done it!! Just my two cents worth if its worth that.
