Hi, I have very good condition 1937 J.D. A that I am starting to restore or maybe make a puller out of it. My question is/ can an 37 J.D. A make a completive puller at a reasonable price & if so what weight class would you gents suggest & what mods would I have to make to at least be somewhat completive. I don't know what classes are even available here in Michigan but something like antique or stock would probably work. All I want to do is have fun & not embarrass myself too bad. Thanks, Mud Dauber

Three cheers for Ken!!! Please, for sake of antiques don't mess up a good tractor. If it's real good, pull it in a stock class. If you have ambitions to modify, buy a parts tractor and have at it. Nothing burns my a?? more than to see a good, numbers matching, tractor turned into something that cannot be undone. Always remember - THEY DON'T BUILD THEM LIKE THAT ANY MORE AND THEY NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!
