I'm here in SW Iowa and have two f-20. One has pistons and sleeves out of a 400 and the other has them out of a JD 4020/3020. The smaller one pulls around 55hp on the dyno and the other around 75. Not too many of these around here, could anyone tell me if this would be competative anywhere else? Maybe you guys already know this, I'm new to this board, but we put on f-30 rocker arms and added about 5 horses.

I have been pulling an F-20 for over 10 years. It is quite tough to stay competetive with the six cylinder tractors. As time progresses there is alot of iron getting the best of everyone, but are they running stock block, ignition, head, etc.? Like 77 Olivers with 88 blocks! Co-op B-2's claiming it is a 1938 model when they were not even introduced until 1942. You can be competetive, but it will cost $$$$ to do so. E-mail me when you get a chance and we can talk more.

Thanks,
Luke
