Tractor Wheelie Bars

I am preparing to do some pulling with my IH "M" and wanted to build a set of Anti lift plate/bars. have seen some rules stating they should begin 3 1/2" from outside radius of rear wheel and be no higher than 10" from the level ground, also should be a 6" plate with no more than 20 degree tilt to the front? Is this pretty standard and accepted in most Pulling organizations? I am going to fabricate the bars from 2 3/8"sq. steel tubing and 1/4" skid plate.
Need some feedback from you experienced Pullers.Appreciate your response..... ....

Go to Denny's you can't make them as good or as cheap as they do.
