Heisler 2 barrel

Does anyone have any information on a Heisler 2 barrel carb.? I have one with the manifold and when installed the tractor runs great but looses horse power when hooked to a dyno. I'm not sure what jets are in it or what jets should be in it. Seems to me one should see some increase in hp. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Tom/Idaho

Tom, I have been waiting for someone to reply.What kind of carb is it? Does it hook to the governor the same as stock? I have never seen one. Earl
