thinkin about buyin a 730d to pull,,,rules say 1st gear at 3mph,, is a 730 geared too high?

730's came with a fast and slow first gears. If first gear is located above reverse in the shift quadrant it has the slow first gear.

If it has the low first you can run 2nd gear with 18.4-38's and stay below 3 MPH.

I currently have this setup and have blown the horn at 3mph. Only running 10% over on rpm's also.
