Placing Decals?

Has anyone used the method of using soapy water to position the decals in ther proper place? I saw this done with decals on a stockcar when they had a new sponser come on board. Just curious, WB.

Use Windex and a squegee to press out the bubbles. This way you can move it around a bit before you squegee.
