I have a old (Date??) Standard Twin, two cylinder, all iron garden tractor. Wheels are iron spike, gear driven, and measures about six feet long by forty inches high. The ID plate names the company as Standard of Minnesota. Can anybody give me more information on this model. I would like to get a owners manual if possible and where I can get parts for it. It does not run at present, but is fairly complete. Need air filter for carberator.

So that a 407195 serial number will have been manufactured in 1947. These tractors have very durable engines and it will run again with a little effort. Bob Adamek of Stacey, Minnesota has many parts including rings. (612) 462-3322 I have some literature including a manual and a few extra parts. The air cleaner was little more than a can with some media stuffed in it and shouldn't be too hard to replicate if you can't find an original.
