Recently purchased pasquali 997 with ruccerrini 2cyl engine. My question is about the twist part (not the articulating part) wich is refered to as the barrel casting or gooseneck in the service manual. I have not taken this appart yet but need to. Tractor has alot of slop in this area. Can this be rebuilt(have access to machine shop) The kingpin and bearings are in good shape. Thanks for any help E Lambert

I ALSO HAVE A 997, It's a ruggerini diesel. I have not had this problem. but i would think a machine shop would be a great help. there should be a twist bar like peter said. Mine has a front bucket and hoe, I have made some modifications. maybe we could share info, It runs fine and I like the tractor alot. Goodluck Joe

I have not repaired the gooseneck but I know they are expensive to replace. I would attempt a bushing after boring I.D. and turning O.D.. There is a tie bar arrangement and a beefier lower pivot to reduce load on this area. If the machine has a loader or backhoe this should be on it.

Hi, I am looking for a Pasquali 971 compatible mower-sickle bar 4-5 feet long, it has to have the aftermarket gearbox which reverses PTO shaft direction. If you have any info, such as phone number or website address, please email to tmahar@oaex.com Thanks!
