Might check your thermostarter for leaks. It is a glow plug cold starting device on the inner side of your intake manifold. One of your diesel return lines is connected to it. Plug this line off and see if it makes a difference.

fuel tank full fresh diesel thanks i bought this tractor broken engine had the white smoke raw fuel smell lobes on cam shaft are good when testing the injectors they will hold to3200 psi as long as i bring the psi up slowly and at 2000 psi if i bring it up faster.all injection lines have fuel coming out about the same. return lines have been removed and cleaned all the way back to the tank.plenty of fuel reaching injection pump i'm still woundering about the injectors does'nt seem right for them to be poping at differnt psi depending on the rate of psi rise manual said for them to pop around 3250-3350 psi

Injectors should be steady. They are the most likely cause of your white smoke and unburned smell.
