Hey Mike, If i remember rightly, there are three levers to the right of the operators seat, the smallest, and furthest to the rear in a little serrated quadrant is your draft control, it has a small round knob, to the right of this and slightly forward are two levers, one with a large square knob, this one controls your aux hydraulics, from the tapping in the right hand side of the pto housing. The other lever to the outside (I think)has a large round knob and is the raise lower level for the three point hitch, or the tapping to the left side of the pto housing. As mentioned in the previous post, you can only operate one system at a time, either three point hitch or aux hyd, not both at the same time. To set your draft control move the lever forward for more reaction and to the rear for less or none. Hydraulic flow and pressure should be around 2600psi, and 6 gallons per minute at 2000rpm on the tractor, some of the very early 10/60's had lower hyd pressure, approx 2000psi. If your flow and/or pressure is low, check the intake filter located at the bottom of the pto housing (big brass nut), but be warned there should be 15 gallons of oil in the rear end and it will all come rushing out... the steel mesh screen can plug up, if it has filings in it you probably have a bearing/gear gone someplace in the transmission, and the pump may be beyond repair, they don't like metal debris in them.
