long diesel ??

Hi looking at a long tractor ,done alot of looking here and elsewhere trying to find out who made this one , i know that longs were made by universal(we have a 310) zetor and have heard fiat this is supposed to be a 1977 900E It says on the front of the manual "Fiat Trattori", Agri-Power, 900E series, four cycle diesel, 6 cylinders, engine type CP3/620, 106.20HP, water cooled, incorporated reducer w/9 speeds forward and 2 speeds backwards, power intake independent w/2 speeds, insensitive hydrostatic steering, double disc brakes w/hand brake, two 12 V batteries (24 V system), Michelin tires (18.4 - 34 Bibagrip). does anyone know who made this one thanks mike

Hi thanks for all the help , turns out it is a 900E which is different from a 900 or 910 this is the same tractor as a fiat 9000e or agripower 9000. so does anyone know much about them thanks mike

The 900 tested at Nebraska in 1974 had a 4 cylinder Zetor engine and about 73 PTO HP. I have no information on the other models mentioned.

The 310 was made by UTB/Universal in Romania which made a lot of the smaller Long tractors.Models
900 and 910 were made by Zetor the Long 910 which I have 2 of them was the same as the Zetor Crystal 8011 one of the most advanced tractors of its day. The 9500 has a Perkins 354 in it and is a totally different tractor from the 900/910

Hey hard knocks thanks , does the 900\910\8011 have the 4 cyl or 6 cyl engine this trac. has a 6 cyl not sure what it is though . thanks for your input mike

910 has a 4 cylinder most likey what you're looking at is a 9500.I think its British made.

Yea the 9500 was supposed to have a perkins all the info i have found on the 900 says it is the same as a 8011 zetor but the specs for 8011 show 4 cyl not six and about 78 horse UNLESS he has the wrong book for the tractor he has!!!! but his book shows 100 horse and 6 cyl . for a 900 . beats me maybe ill be able to see the tractor and find # for myself thanks mike

I looked up the 900 on Tisco.com. Not the 900E, they don't list that. The 900 on that page says 73 hp range.

Some where in the back of my mind,I think I remember reading that in the higher HP Longs some had Perkins engines.
