Just thought I would try one more time to see if anyone can help locate some main bearings for a D-140 LeRoi engine. I have tried Tom Underwood. with Parts of The Past. This engine is in a Centaur tractor. Need mains and thrust washers.
Someone told me parts were available for a D-176
It may use the same crank as the D-140 but I have no way of knowing. Thanks to anyone who could help.

Thanks for the reply. Someone had given me the number 1426SB, But I wasn't sure till you confirmed it if it was correct. This crank has been turned 020,and probally needs to be turned again if I can find the bearings. The bearings in it now have paper thin copper shims under them but the crank is stamped 020.It also needs thrust washers because the crank slides back and forth quite a lot. Thanks again. REDJD, The bearings for a 140 are not the same as 176 thru 226 , both ID and OD are different . The FM main set # that you need is 628 M which consists of 3 # 1426 SB bearings . FM doesn't have any and will not , it's obsolete. Clevite has not had them in a catalog since at least the early 80's, I have catalogs back that far. I did do some looking in the bearing books and found an engine with rod bearings that have the same ID and OD but are slightly shorter in length .

Send me an email and I'll see if I can help as I am a clevite WD.
