I have a 1955 Schramm 125 compressor and am looking to find what engine was used in it. It has Model "GOH" on the metal tag on the engine block. The engine block and the compressor block both look the same. Any info sure would be appreciated
Thanks

Also found another tag on comp. block with another number. Says, (use compressor serial 159465 and B/M no. MP-GOH-2PNS when ordering parts). The number 159465 also is on the title.
So i'm assumeing that 159465 is the mfg. ser. number of the unit, and 235635 is the ser. no. of the engine. Thanks for any info. Ed

Ed, serial number 159465 was made in 1955 and is called the 125 (105) unistage compressor. I don't have a book that shows this unit in the fiftys. I have books from the thirtys and fortys. At that time they have Buda engines, from what I read gas or diesel was a Buda. I will do some more checking next week at a museum and see if they have any information on this unit. Good luck on the project

Jim, the ser. no. is 235635 stamped right next to the GOH
4cyl engine and 4 cyl compressor.
The engine block looks identical to the compressor block, wi different heads of course.
