I purchased a bunch of Marvel-Schebler carburetors and parts and have some TSV-27 carburetors. According to the book, these fit Gladden CB-1 engines. Does anyone know what type of equipment these engines were used on? Approximately what vintage would these engines be (probably 1940s or 50s)? Does anyone still operate these engines? Thanks.

According to my info that carb would be used on their 7.5 hp engine. The company was in Los Angeles and made the engine in the late 40s early 50s. An off shoot was the Mustang scooter which used a differently configured engine. Would be interested in buying if you are so inclined.

Wally,

Thanks for the info. I've sent you a private email regarding selling them. If you don't receive it, please make another post.

I also have a few dozen other NOS Marvel-Schebler carbs in various conditions that I'm willing to sell (some have water damage from a flooded basement).
