We are looking for any information on an old lawn mower. It was made for W.T. Grant co. by E.T. something or other in Newark Ohio, possibly in the early 70's The model is 5067. It is powered by a 6 horse Briggs and Stratton engine model 146702. This is a small lawn tractor 3 speed forward, one reverse. The blade width, if it had one, is less than 12 inches. Any information that could be provided would be greatly appreciated. The web has been of very little help. Someone must know something about this relic. Thanks

My grandfather bought this p.o.s. for my father to use to cut the lawn on in the late '60s. He said it was so bad and uncomfortable that he liked using the push mower instead (maybe because he was practically sitting on top of the motor because it was so close to the seat!!)

Anyhow this timeless "classic" spent its glory years collecting about 3 inches of dust in my grandmother's basement for the past 30 years.
If I ever see one in mint, working condition now, I'm sure it won't be too soon (or ever).
