He is something new that i have yet to see. I saw this on a Oliver 88 gas. Does anyone have a clue what the gauge below the water temp is for?

Its a Hobbs hour meter, my 1953 Oliver had one but
it was mounted on a strap which placed it below the
dash, the strap had a hole which fitted over the
starter button and used the button bolts to hold it
in place.
