Hi all The clutch in my 1962 oliver 770 should be replaced. It is adjusted all the way and still grabs. can anybody tell me what is all involved. Thanks

Does the tractor have a Power Booster? If so the engine needs to be pulled out. Does it have a PTO? If so, it needs to come out first Power booster or not. Does it have hydraulics, but no PTO? If so the bull gear cover will need to be removed to remove the hydraulic drive shaft before the clutch can be disassembled. Your turn. J..

Thank-you J Schwiebert for your prompt reply. Power booster yes, pto, yes,and double hydraulics. I would venture a rough guess of 20 -25 hr.for a qualified shop/mechanic. I've never re and re'd tractors so i'm absolutely green on this. Henri
