I have a restored Cockshutt 60 which is missing the pulley. Where might I find one? Most pictures I see are also missing the pulley. Was it an option?

A pulley assy was an option. Are you just missing just the pulley or also the housing and shaft? If all you have is a flat plate over the hole where the pulley housing goes, you should be able to pick up a complete assy at a salvage yard. If you do this, don't just stick it in and bolt it tight. It has to be shimmed for the correct backlash. The bad thing about having the pulley mounted is that when the clutch is up, the pulley runs unless you have the shift lever in a certain spot. Also, the pulley is a two speed and the speed depends on which neutral the shifter is in.
