Oliver Piston ID- can anyone cross reference with White

I recently bought an 88 Standard from an estate and found a set of new (now NOS) White pistons in the barn. There were six pistons, sleeves, rings, etc. in waxed paper; the boxes have White part numbers. Can anyone cross reference the part numbers for me and let me know if they are for an Oliver 88. I'm assuming they are. Thanks.

Chris,

The sleeves & pistons are in plain brown corugated boxes with WHITE 5 LP EO1 on the first line and 1631 12AS on the second line. My Olivers are all 88's running on gas, including the one that these jugs came with. Can you tell me what they're intended to fit? Thanks.

They are definitely for an 88. As to exactly which 88, I'll have to check another book that isn't here. I'll let you know in the next day or 2.

They are 3 1/2" bore for the 88 gas or LP gas.

I think I just had my question answered somewhat... the last box I opened had ring instructions Sheet number 432 060 dated 4-5-66. It gives various ring positions & types for different Oliver models (66, 77 & 88). The top of the piston has the letter "B" stamped into it. I'm assuming they're made to fit the Standard 88 I just brought home. On another note: the ID tag is pretty well destroyed- any other clues to help me ID this tractor for vintage (year of production)?

The 88 bore could be 3 1/2 or 3 3/4 in. for O.E.M. sleeves. Overall length of wet sleeve is 7 5/16 in.
