SURE HOPE EVERY TRACTOR CLUB OUT THERE DOESNT TRY TO DO WHAT HPOCA IS DOING. AND GET FREE AD FOR THERE TOY TRACTOR THEY HAVE THERE OWN WEB SITE AND THERE IS EBAY. LEAVE THIS SITE ALONE. I COULD SEE A PERSON WITH A PRIVATE COLLECTION BUT NOT A CLUB TRYING TO RAISE MONEY. IF EVERY CLUB DID THAT THIS WONDERFUL INFORMATION SITE COULD TURN IN TO A TOY SHOW.THERE IS ONLY 250 YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GIVE CLUB MEMBERS FIRST SHOT FOR A WHILE. OR AT LEAST TILL HARVEST IS OVER ( ANDY I KNOW THIS IS NOT LIKE YOU)

I would like to set the record straight on this. This toy is NOT being sold by the HPOCA. They do have 2 other Oliver toys that they are currently selling but the HPOCA toys haven't been listed on this site by the HPOCA.

This Mist Green 880 toy is being sold by the Iowa Cornbelt Oliver Collectors (the chapter that is hosting the HPOCA Winter Get Together next January) as a fund raiser to offset any expenses that the chapter might have hosting the show.

You are the first person to complain about the ad being posted. Not sure how you even found it at this late date since it is in about 9 pages back on the photo ads. The ad must be within compliance with the rules of this site or the folks that run this site would have pulled it.

Yes there are only going to be 250 made for the show. We have given HPOCA members the first shot at this toy. The ad first ran in the September issue of the club magazine, the Hart-Parr Oliver Collector.

If you would have read the ad a little closer you could have pretty figured out on your own what I have said here. So is it that you just don't like toy tractors, this toy tractor, or is it that you just wanted to stir something up and try to blame it on the HPOCA?

If you have a problem with the advertisement take it up with Kim at the Site Comments forum or talk politics with Andy if you want to but give it a rest on this forum please.
