I am looking at an industrial 1950 without hydraulics and 3 pt hitch. It also seem to have an odd pto setup with a 540 shaft coming out top (engine speed) port. I do have a parts 1950 with all the parts to move over. I was wondering it this is possible and how much effort will it take. The rear axles also look different yet it looks like the hydaulic unit will bolt right in. Any insights would be appreciated.

Thanks

In time, you could find one already set-up for the same money or less, not too mention time, and it be original. Lot's of 4x4 1950GM's.
