Great info guys, I really love good soild info, they were changeing the tractor pull rules, at the 'HOOBER INC'Middletown Del., a few weeks ago, they raised the year a little higher to compete against the antique tractor class. 1966 or older..in years.. It kind of shook things up a bit.....Just what they wanted.....maybe they'er trying to move out the Antique class-tractors, end up with classics next year. One thin sure they'll need a different sled to pull---a sled that can handle at least 10MPH>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.Maybe start off at 7500lbs an up....drop all the paint drying antique classes.

I believe that the 1950-T was not introduced until 1966 or so...in any event at about the same time as the Over/Under Hydraul shift and the 1750 tractor.

Tramway Guy, I guess I didn't really give a good answer to the man's question.

The 1950 was built from 1964 to 1973.
The 1950T was built from 1967 to 1969. The 1955 was built from 1970 to 1975.

The answer is yes, the 1950 and 1950T were built at the same time.

The 1950 was built from 1964 to 1973. The last three years in industrial only (2-115). The 1950 and 1950T were built at the same time, but the 1950T was not built as an industrial.

The first 1955's were built in 1969, but they were called 1970 models. The 1955's were last built in 1975. There were no 1955's built as an industrial.

What were the main difference, between the 1950 & the 1950T, 4cy.-GM motor vs the 310-turbo Wakashua in the 'T'?

You got it. The T stood for turbo, and the 1950's had the screaming Detroit in there and the 1950 T's had the Turboed Waukesha's. Otherwise should be the same from the tub back.
