I have a line on an old yellow Oliver Crawler with a loader on it. The owner said it has a hercules engine in it that has been fully overhauled. however he said that during the overhaul he could not find rod and main bearings for it. It is currenttly still disassembled but complete less bearings. My question id where can I get the rod and main bearings, what should I look for when I inspect it, and what is a ball park price that I could expect to pay for it

Albert Duroe up in Iowa is the most knowledgeable man I know of in the Midwest. See the earlier post for his direct mail name. Also, in an earlier post the name of Landis Zimmerman up in Ephrata, Pa. came up. His number is 717-738-2573.
