I noticed he didn't even respond when another guy posted looking for his website which hasn't been updated in a while.

Is he still lurking in the shadows or did he move on?

Oh I am still around, just not as much as I used to be.

Between working my 8-5 job here in town, farming and working on tractors evengings and weekends, trying to remodel my farm house, and trying to keep up with a 6 mo old son and keep my wife (who also works) sane, I dont have much time for anything else any more.

I have also had quite a few break downs this summer that has kept me busy in the shop. The 2150 is in there now with a busted clutch. The 1855 is trying to split itself in half, I think the bolts that hold the tub to the transmission are backing out (never seen that before). It goes in the shop this weekend. I have a 1655 clutch job to do and then I can finish a cab I was working on and get started on the Moline project.

I do have a new project started in the shop with a unique repower if I can get time to get to it. It may be more toward winter before I get into it, but you guys will love this one, I am going to attempt a 4B Cummins diesel re-power into an M-5 gas Moline. This should be neat...

So I am still lurking from time to time, but not much time for posting or pictures right now....

Congrats on the new boy! Didn't even know you & the Mrs. were expecting.

Either way, good to hear from you.

Thanks Don, having a kid really changes your life. I can still do everything I was, it just gets a lot slower and you run on less sleep. He is great, I just cant wait for him to get big enough to be running around the farm with me :-)

Been watching all your work with the 1855 and the fenders, glad you are getting all that togeather, it is looking good.

I have a whole pile of pictures from harvest and now into planting small grain. If I ever get time to download them I will post some new photos of harvest season around here.

Later..

6 month old son! in reply to Shep Va, 09-05-2007 12:53:30
Hey Shep, I've got one of those 6 mo olds also! 6 mo. on Aug 25th. Amen to the making everything go a little slower, I'm playing Mr mom and I'm not on my scheduale anymore. Wouldn't trade him for the world, took too long for him to get here :-). WB.
