I wanted to know if the fwa option was available on the 1250-A and the 1465. I have only seen pictures of these as 2wd tractors. I know you could get it on the 1255, 1355, 1265 & 1365.
Thanks

Both 1465 and 1470 could be puchased with fwa.

Shawn, After reading your question I wanted to know the answer myself, so I looked in the different sales brochures on the Oliver/Cockshutt/ White tractors built by Fiat. This is what I found:

All Oliver/Cockshutt 12XX series of tractors (50/50A/55/65/70) had 4WD as a option, including their replacement, the White 2-50.

All Oliver/Cockshutt 13XX series of tractors (50/55/65/70) had 4WD as a option, including their replacement, the White 2-60.

The Oliver/Cockshutt 1450 had 4WD as a option. There wasn't a 1455 tractor. The advertising for the Oliver 1465 as well as the Cockshutt 1465 do not show any 4WD for that model. However the replacement for those tractors, the White 700 did have 4WD as an option.

I have never see any advertising on the 1470 tractors, but I have see the real tractors and they were painted green and said White on them. I do not know if 4WD was a option on them.

Saw it on 1355. Unfortunately it was so beat that I didn't buy it.

Woodbeef, Your name on here is kind of a "blast from the past"- you used to be a frequent poster, but haven't seen anything from you in years, I think. How ya been?
