What do you think an Oliver 88 with cast wheel centers and a wide front end weighs??
How about an Oliver rear wheel weight?? I'm planning to go to antique tractor pull tomorrow
with this tractor. Never pulled it before.

Not all of the weights are 150#. Check the backside (the side that dishes out) around the bolt holes. If they have notches or a lip on each side of the hole it's a 150#. If it's smooth around all four holes it's a 140# weight.

Dave you may sneak into 5500,but probably will be more around 6000.The round oliver wheel weights are 150 each roughly. My 88 standard makes 4500 easy, still has PTO and belt pulley,But has tin wheels front and back.If you take the cast centers off the rears and put tin wheels on the back you should shed around 800-1000 lbs.We have a pull coming up in Hartwick Sat August 18th,You are more than welcome to attend, send me a E mail if you like. My super 88 comes in right at 54XX with me on the seat so your should be close to that. My super 88 has wide front end and cast wheels on back. I pulled it a few years ago and came in 4th place with it in the 5500 lbs class I was light 100-150lbs and should have used 2nd instaed of 1st but since it was my first and only pull I think I did well. There where 17 tractor in that class so 4th I think isn't all that bad for my first and only pull I have even been in
