Where do you look on a cultivator (for a 70 I believe) to find a marking that will tell you what model it is? I have the three front pieces, the two handles that mount on the axle, but that is it. I am assuming there was some kind of piece that went on the back, and am guessing the pipe that went through the frame wasn't anything special. Am I right on that guess? Also missing some kind of piece that has to hook it up to the lifting mechanism. Are there books out there for these cultivators? Any help is appreciated.

I have the three front gangs, but no rear gangs. The handles that mount on the axle are used for lifting one side at a time, such as when cultivating point rows. Suggestions on where to look for what model it might be? The two outside gangs have a number on them (RC892-X A) and the middle gang has a number on it also (RC893-X A). Does that help any?

I am not the cultivator man and never was. Call Charles City and ask for a manual for a 1095 QD to start with. That might not be your model, but it is probably close, but when you say handles are you talking about handles that were used on tractors without a mechanical lift? The front 3 pieces, are these the "gangs"?
