I just bought a 1365. Ran into a guy who is scared of the transmissions. Have heard the balancers go out and are super expensive. What do you think? Take her to an auction?

Why don't you take a little time and take an oil sample out of both the engine and transmission and send them in and see what the test results are. Your oil company or NAPA has the kits. That way you will know if there abnormal amounts of metals in the oil indicating a closer look is needed. Balancers fly apart in other brands as well. So do transmissions.J.

1265's and 1365's are two excellent utility tractors. You cannot beat them. Unsure about tranny, but super solid tractors
