MY 1650 HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, I HOOKED ONTO MY TRIPLE-K, RAISED IT, IT WENT UP UP UP, THEN DOWN DOWN DOWN, JUST LIKE THE KID SONG---TURNS OUT THERE IS A BRASS BLOW OFF INSIDE SCREWED DIRECTLY TO THE INTERNAL CYLINDER. I REPLACED IT AND HAS WORKED GREAT FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS. THE PWR STEERING AND HYDRAULICS WORKED GREAT ALL ALONG, BUT THE 3 PT. WOULDN'T EVEN LIFT ITS OWN ARMS
