I am losing hydraulic fluid and it is leaking from where axle enters into carrier. What do I need to do?

Nope, it is hydraulic. Somehow it is leaking through. Thanks to everyone here.

That is gear oil, not hydraulic fluid, isn't it?

the o rings in the hyd bottom are leaking or the pump has a crack in it letting it bypass

Just a suggestion that might help. Add a bottle of SealLube to the hyd.oil. It will expand the seal. Lasts for years. Find it at seallube.com
Hope this helps.
