Here is some finished pictures of the 570 Cockshutt Diesel Owned by Steve Timm, in Boonville, MO. It will be pulled by myself in the Div II 7500 and 8500 lb classes for MATPA this year. If you scroll back about 4-5 pages, you can look at the before pictures. Does anyone have the "570" Decal for the front grill??

It sure looks like new. I like the red belly too.

I have a 1958 570 Diesel that is basically all original with the adjustable wide front like yours. It is all harvest gold -no red- at what point did they start painting them with the red belly? Keith A. McClure at CKP Publications has decals for all the cockshutts.

We liked the looks of the red belly better than the all cream. It wasn't a full restore, just engine transplant, and get it running. I think the Super's were the first with the red belly if I'm not mistaken.

I noticed that your tractor was all cream in the "before" picture, but didn't say anything, because I also like the red belly better. The 35 I'm doing is in the serial number group that was probably a Black Hawk- but its gonna be a Cockshutt, because I like the decals better. No purist, here.
