Frank, Are you asking about a Oliver 2 way or are you asking about another brand, and if it would mount on your 880? Oliver made four different 3 point, 2 way plows from about 1959 up to the 1980's. The four models were: The 6240 2 or 3 bottom. The 6241 2 or 3 bottom.
The 6341 3 or 4 bottom.
The 6342 2 up to 5 bottoms. You said the plow you are looking at is a 3 or 4 bottom model, and if it is, then it is most likely the 6341 model. I am sure that plow would be too heavy for a 880. Also the Hydra Hitch or the Power Traction hitch do not have any built in draft control, so the only way it would work is with a guage wheel. Chris wrote an article in the Nov/Dec 2005 HPOCA magazine about Oliver 2 way plows. In the article he talks about the 6240 model, and that is the one designed for the 880. One of the biggest problem with using a mounted plow or a 2 way plow on the Power Traction hitch is, the arms don't lift high enough for the plow to clear the ground very good. Oliver had a kit to fix this problem, but I do not know how well it worked. The Power Traction hitch worked the best with the 5440 semi mounted plow. Thats the one with the small caster wheel on the back.
