I have a '48 88 Standard. I assume it was available without a pto? If it was I have never seen a block off plate. Does anyone have one or a picture of one.

Thanks

Yes it was avalible with out PTO. The block off plate, as you call it, was nothing more than a 4 inch 3 corner triangle piece of metal, with holes drilled in each corner. After you remove all the PTO parts on the back of the tractor, you will see how this plate will cover the large hole in transmission. The 3 smaller holes in the transmission housing are tapped so the 3 hole plate, with a gasket will cover everything. Remember, you loose your hydraulic, if you have it, when you pull the PTO shaft.
